MONROE AUTOMOTIVE, in Monroe, N.Y. has a AAA towing account! We called AAA because my wife had a flat tire and could not get the lug nuts off! They were 2 miles from her at their shop! They never showed up or even called her back  after 1 hour and fifteen minutes! She finally got help from a friendly  passer buy!  Tripple A (AAA) could not believe what they did! No callback, nothing. We made a formal complaint! She could have been killed or injured on that outside of the car on that busy highway! They suck big time! DO NOT EVER GO THERE or CALL THEM FOR AAA service!  They should lose their AAA license! FYI (pissed- off big time)!
